Dies klingt im ersten Moment recht dick aufgetragen, letztendlich entsteht dadurch aber ein frischer neuer Stilmix, welcher den Hörer schnell in seinen Bann zieht und in eine Welt eintauchen lässt, in der Last Romantic deine Sehnsüchte steuert, und Herr über deine innere Maschine ist.

On his new EP Dan Stone, the mastermind behind the experimental rock project Last Romantic combines several elements from shoegaze, trip-hop, industrial, funk, blues, rock, electronica, post metal and some more. In the first moment, this sounds pretty piled on, ultimately a fresh, new soundmixture is evoked, which will fascinate the listener and let him dive into a world, in which yearning and your inner machine is controlled by Last Romantic.
All the seven tracks of the EP kept pretty short - they do without unnecessary, artistic decoration and concentrate on the most important things: They alllow the listener a little insight into the soul and emotions of a young, aspiring musician.
